Bar was perfect for breakfast. The spotlessly clean and functional room had all the necessary facilities, a balcony, a dressing area, and extra easy chairs.

the morning meal was extensive with champagne and the potatoes, as example. the room was newly remodelled and well-appointed when upgraded with large balcony as well as toiletries.

I enjoyed the serene location right by the lake. The views from my room's balcony were amazing. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after long days exploring the Black Forest. Breakfast had a fantastic selection, warm and cold items, and the seating area offered fine scenery. The service during breakfast lacked efficiency. I waited too long for coffee and the staff seemed overwhelmed. It felt old and underwhelming. I had trouble with the air conditioning. My room got pretty hot and it wasn't very comfortable. The hotel had a good atmosphere, but the dining and wellness facilities could really use an upgrade.

The location was wonderful and the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location for taking hikes around the lake and into the Black Forest.

Over-priced and not good value for money. The room and facilities were very tired. The only hotel where I have been charged for parking bicycles in the garage!

We enjoyed hiking and sailing nearby, and the large park was perfect. The facilities were great, and we loved the amazing views from our room's balcony. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun group getaway.

We encountered some issues with the service, especially during breakfast. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed and slow, frustrating as we waited too long for coffee.

Honestly, the only good thing about the hotel is its location.

The room was spacious and had a fine view of the lake. It was nice to have plenty of towels, and I loved the private balcony. The big bonus was the washing rack, super handy for drying clothes. The pool was decent, though I didn't use it much. I felt comfortable, and it was family-friendly.
